KUMI was retained as a subconsultant to provide Cost Estimating services for the new 89,724-sf Holabird Elementary/Middle School has a “Net Zero” energy footprint, with an emphasis on sustainability, and is LEED Silver certified. The school is constructed to accommodate 600 students.
