KUMI prepared cost estimates for the 165,694-sf facility which houses an engineering with nano technology lab featuring a clean room, aviation sciences, mathematics, computer sciences, and telecommunications departments, a TV broadcast studio and practice studios, a student radio station and editing rooms, informal gathering spaces, and two Dean’s office suites. Sitework was also included in the estimate.
